Contracts Since 2001

  • Field Work to Create Drawings As Necessary
  • Emergency Response Plans for 2.5 Million Sq. Ft. of Offices and Manufacturing
  • Update and Manage all Facility Drawings
  • Convert Existing Drawings to Honeywell Standards for Honeywell Seattle
  • As-Built Various Test Cells for Engineering in Torrance, CA (long-distance travel)
  • Total Jobs Completed to Total of Over $337K in 2007 and $248K in 2008
  • Work for Honeywell sites from Texas to California, and from Mexico to Seattle.

ASU:

Contracts Since 2005

  • Completed Many “As-Built” Drawings of Existing Buildings for Space Planning and Construction
  • Assisted and Managed Move Coordination for Various Departments in Many Buildings Across Campuses
  • Recorded and Inventoried Furniture and Fixtures for Office Relocations at Downtown Campus
  • Frequent Layout Designs and Office Moves for ASU Biodesign Facility

  • Total Jobs Completed to Total of $123K in 2007 and $313K in 2008

Banner Health

  • Print Room Organization, Upkeep, and Database Creation
    • Created a Filing System for an Unordered Print Room and Recorded Every Drawing’s Contents and Details into a Database for Easy Recall.
    • Assigned Personnel to Maintain the Print Room and Assist Construction Staff with Retrieval of Prints and Information Whenever Required
  • Medical Gas Piping Layouts
    • Mapped Out and Marked Medical Gas Outlets for Clear Identification by Staff and Construction Personnel
  • Emergency Fire Escape – Egress Maps
    • Rerouted all Fire Escape Plans Throughout Hospital to Accommodate for Lost Exits Due to a Tower Addition
    • As-Built and Marked Locations of all Exits, Fire Alarms, Fire Extinguishers, and Control Systems
    • Created Maps Specific to Each Zone for Posting Throughout the Facility
